IAE 2020 Annual Meeting CANCELLATION

It is with sincere regret that the IAE governing Council announces the cancellation of our annual meeting this June in Scottsdale, Arizona. The devastating impact of the SARS-CoV-2 virus produced globally leaves no country, government, organization, or individual immune to it.

Out of the utmost concern for the well-being and safety of our members and their guests, the Council feels that with all the uncertainty generated by this crisis and the havoc it has sown economically and communally the only appropriate course of action is to call off the event. It is our collective opinion that rescheduling the meeting later in this year is improvident and not in the best interests of the Academy or its membership. We look forward to our next Annual Meeting scheduled to be held June 24-26, 2021.

Our prayers and thoughts go out to all of you and the IAE leadership wishes everyone continued health and safe passage through these trying times.

Registration is by invitation only.

Registration includes attendance at all sessions of the meeting, lunch, and a reservation at the evening reception.

Meeting Registration does not include a room reservation at the Fairmont Hotel. Please make the arrangements for lodging.

Attire requirement for the meeting is business formal - suits for men and dress/business suit for women.

Attention Members, Speakers, and Guest Attendees!

Expectations and Considerations for those in attendance:

The dress code for the scientific program on Friday and Saturday will be business attire. This means jacket and tie for men and equivalent business attire for women. Please, no jeans, khakis, flip-flops or halter tops/camisoles.
For all other events, the dress code will be resort casual. This means polo style shirts, sundresses, linen pants, skorts, skirts, button up tops, nice shorts, and dresses.
We respectfully ask that everyone remain in their seats for the entire program out of courtesy for the speakers.
The use of electronic devices is now permitted during the scientific program in order to facilitate note-taking and evaluations. This includes tablets laid flat on the table surface, and laptops that can be laid flat on the table surface. Please be mindful of those around and behind you with your screen brightness.
No outside recording or photography during the lecture sessions is allowed.
