“The Art and Science of Memory”
Competitors at the World Memory Championships can perform incredible feats of mental gymnastics. For instance, the world record for memorizing a shuffled deck of cards is a mere 21.9 seconds. With a little bit of practice, anyone can learn to think and remember like a memory athlete. The aim of this talk is not just to teach the audience about the fascinating, 2000 year-old history of memory techniques but to teach techniques that everyone can employ in their personal and professional lives.
