"Men are men; the best sometimes forget." What I Failed to Remember When Opening My New Office.

One of the great frustrations that I encountered in my office buildout was realizing that I had forgotten important, yet small details in my overall design. Another frustration was realizing that many of the problems that I ran into during the build-out process could have been avoided with a little assertiveness. Even after the paint has dried and the fire chief has given you the certificate of occupancy, frustrating (yet avoidable) situations will arise in the first few weeks of working in the new space. If you remember the items discussed in this short presentation, hopefully you can eliminate most of the above-mentioned frustrations.
