“Work Culture - A Sense of Belonging"

To belong is the most fundamental human need. We feel together and fulfilled when we feel belonged. Our inner fulfillment then shines through all our actions and we naturally operate at our peak potential.

As business leaders, we have the opportunity to create a work culture that is conducive for such inner transformation. To want to make an impact on the world is human, and our responsibility, as leaders. Why don’t we begin with this meaningful pursuit and empower our teams?

Learning Objectives:
  1. To help business leaders understand the importance of identifying the core values that can serve as light posts to guide themselves and the work culture of their organization.
  2. To help understand the importance and cardinal rules of gentle and clear communication.
  3. To encourage the empowerment of team members for their individual growth, enabling a flourishing and a successful organization and by extension the society as a whole.
