Jamaica is known to have the highest incidence of aberrant root canal anatomy in premolar teeth among the many countries where formal studies were conducted. Identifying this anatomy from traditional 2D imaging and 3D imaging helps immensely in the endodontic treatment of these teeth. With the help of digital imaging, this presentation highlights the various clinical techniques needed to be employed to successfully treat these teeth.
