Refund policy: If you must cancel your meeting attendance 30 days or more prior to the meeting, then $50.00 of your meeting fee will be retained for administrative costs. If you must cancel your meeting attendance 10-29 days prior to the meeting, then $200.00 of your meeting fee will be retained to cover guaranteed meeting expenses. If you must cancel 10 days or less prior to the meeting, then 50% of the meeting fee will be retained to cover the guaranteed expenses. If a guest does not show for the meeting and does not inform the Academy prior to the meeting of his absence, then all of the guest fee will be retained to cover guaranteed meeting expenses.
