About the Presenter:
 
Dr. S. Craig Rhodes received a DMD degree from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He then completed a general practice residency in the United States Air Force and subsequently practiced for several years as a general dentist in central Florida. Via the daily use of a surgical operating microscope clinically within his general practice, he became inspired to earn a specialty certificate and MSD in endodontics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is currently an associate professor and Program Director in Endodontics at the Saint Louis University Center for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Rhodes is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.
